I purchased the boots for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. They look so stylish on her. She saw them in the dept store and made her try them on for the size but told her I would purchase from this website like I have with all my boots.

These are gorgeous boots! The color is a deep, muted red and the knit upper feels like a luxuriously thick, soft sweater. They are not as "clunky" as traditional Uggs, but have the same comfortable footbed. I ordered a size down (a 9 instead of my usual 10) based on reviews that said the boots stretch, but my toes were right at the end of the boot and my extra-long big toes were pushing against the inner fabric lining. I was worried that 'stretching' in these boots might actually involve wearing a hole in the toe. It was still hard to send them back. this website, as always, is the best; amazing customer service making it easy to buy and (sigh) return when necessary.

This is an easy shoe to slip on and off. It fits well and is comfortable. It has a soft insole and a nice arch support
